Spring 2024 witnessed a whirlwind of activity as Elire, a thought leader in treasury and finance consulting, made waves at various regional AFP conferences. These engagements provided invaluable opportunities to delve into today’s treasury topics and showcase innovative solutions from technology vendors and treasury practitioners alike. Explore the highlights from the regional Treasury conferences below.
Following the success of the three-day Kyriba Live event in Las Vegas, Nevada (view our recap here), Elire’s team continued on to the TEXPO conference the following week April 14th-16th for an additional three days of Treasury learning and sessions. Elire’s Sandra Carter presented on Working Capital, and in her presentation illuminated strategies to optimize working capital, as well as practical insights for organizations to enhance financial efficiency. Other members of the Elire team attended sessions, networked, and spent time in the TEXPO exhibit hall.
In the historic city of Boston, Elire took the stage to shed light on two pivotal topics: “Utilizing FedNow for Real-Time Payments” and “Understanding Bank Connectivity During ERP Planning and Migration.” Elire Partner Emeritus Michael Graham presented these sessions to an interactive and engaged audience.
In “Utilizing FedNow,” Mr. Graham discussed the transformative potential of FedNow, as well as unveiled strategies to leverage real-time payments for enhanced liquidity management and operational agility. In Bank Connectivity during ERP Planning & Migration, Michael addressed the complexities of bank connectivity, and provided guidance on navigating ERP transformation as a Treasury leader, planning, and migration projects seamlessly to ensure uninterrupted access to financial services and automation that are critical to organizations operations.
During Minnesota AFP on May 7th and NW Summit AFP on May 10th, Elire Partner and Treasury Practice Lead Carlos Conde presented to industry leaders and practitioners local to the Twin Cities and Seattle. Mr. Conde gave his versions of “Utilizing FedNow” in St. Paul and “Working Capital” at both MN AFP and NW Summit. Carlos had the opportunity to view other sessions and connect with fellow presenters.
Finally, to round out this year’s spring 2024 regional AFP circuit, Carlos presented at Windy City AFP in Chicago, IL, May 21st and 22nd on “Utilizing FedNow” and “Working Capital for Your Organization.”
