After going live with Oracle Cloud Financials in Early 2019, the CDC retained Elire to provide Managed Services Support of their Cloud ERP environment as they began their journey on Oracle Cloud. The focus of the support was stabilization, support, and assistance with financial reporting to the corporate office.
Elire was able to work with the U.S. Bank CDC to build user confidence in Oracle Cloud Financials. This has allowed for greater efficiencies and a reduction in manual processes in daily tasks. More analytical time allowed for the discovery of other opportunities to improve reporting processes. Connectivity was established and stabilized with corporate on a daily basis. This has allowed for multiple outbound reports to be created which is streamlining the delivery of data across business lines.
