Kyriba Implementation
Spencer Stuart International (SSI) is an American global executive search and leadership consulting firm based in Chicago, Illinois. It was founded in 1956, operates 57 offices in 30 countries and is privately owned. Revenues are $500 million.
Elire was engaged for this project through collaboration with the Kyriba regional sales team from the initial Discovery through the Proposal stage. Elire is one of the preferred Kyriba partners, often supporting through the sales cycle and engaging with clients early on as a Trusted Advisor.
The initial scope of engagement included bank connectivity for 4 global banks via FTP connectivity including Prior Day and Intraday BAI files and bank statement forwarding to Workday ERP. Scope also included implementation of the Cash Management module for global cash positioning and target balancing in both Functional and Local currencies.
Cash Forecasting for both Short-term and Long-term cash management with customized forecast data entry models was also in-scope, as well as global multi-currency payments for 5 banks and Payment Factory inbound integration from Workday ERP to Kyriba for processing.
During the implementation, Workday ERP integration for inbound payments provided challenges in mapping payments for country-specific payment requirements, however, the Elire team was able to address those needs and all payments are processing successfully.
The original implementation began with a 5-month timeline and follow-on support. The Project successfully went live in September 2021 with the original scope, with a follow up Phase 2 project added on to address a wider scope for international payments to new countries.
