PeopleSoft Managed Services
Founded in 1851, Nassau Financial Group offers insurance products that help contract holders meet retirement goals, such as protecting your savings, delivering guaranteed income, or paying for healthcare costs. Nassau is headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut with $23.0 billion in assets under management and 390,000 policyholders and contract holders.
Nassau engaged Elire beginning in 2021 for PeopleSoft Managed Services support. This support included bug fixes, engagement/support request, technical configuration, on-demand support and questions, product migrations, SQL updates, and overall application support for Nassau’s PeopleSoft FSCM environment GL, AP, ePro, Cash Management, Expense, and Asset Management modules.
Beginning in 2022, Elire managed all PeopleSoft 9.2 application support including database, PS admin, and technical support of the application, as well as additional support for the Nassau Functional Business Analysts and users. Elire provides a wealth of support including:
Nassau also acquired a company, DLNY, requiring Elire to integrate DLNY into PeopleSoft. The Elire team supported the technical work to get DLNY’s financial data into the PeopleSoft General Ledger, including converting history. This required taking the source data, mapping it from DLNY’s account structure into the PS Account Structure via GL Mapper. The team then configured, tested, and now are responsible for the support of this on-going monthly GL interface with the DLNY entity to pull the info into PeopleSoft.
In 2023, Elire is now supporting the full lifecycle DBA and PeopleSoft technology stack responsibilities to ensure PeopleSoft is always up and running, with access to 24/7 support.
