Scope of the Project

After initially connecting with Lockton for questions pertaining to PeopleSoft Test Framework, Lockton engaged Elire’s Managed Services with a particular focus on day-to-day production support, delivered functionality, development activities, and assisting with administration for both their PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM environments. As Lockton expanded internationally, Elire has been able to configure VAT to include countries beyond Ireland and U.K. Elire will also be taking over the PUM updates for HCM and FSCM to further reduce the administrative burden on the Lockton resources. After solidifying our position as a Trusted Advisor by successfully completing several important initiatives, Lockton chose to expand the Elire Managed Services relationship into 2022.

Success Delivered

Lockton has renewed their Managed Services contract for a second time and has recently expanded Elire’s responsibilities to include a more involved two-year agreement set to begin in April 2021. By trusting Elire with development and administrative responsibilities, Lockton is able to free up internal resource bandwidth, allowing their team to pursue more strategic endeavors. This benefits their business initiatives and affords their team more time as well as peace of mind.
