InvenSense – a TDK Company

Oracle Cloud EPM Advanced Sales Planning Implementation

InvenSense, a TDK Group Company, is a world leading provider of MEMS sensor platforms found in Mobile, Wearables, Smart Home, Industrial, and Automotive products. The company’s patented Fabrication Platform, MotionFusion® technology, audio solutions, and location software and services addresses the emerging need of many mass-market consumer applications via improved performance, accuracy, and intuitive motion-, gesture- sound-, and ultrasonic 3D- based interfaces.

Scope of work

InvenSense engaged StratAlyze Solutions (now Part of Elire) to implement the Oracle Cloud Advanced Sales Forecasting Module with integration to ERP, CRM, and EPM Applications. The goal of the project was to create a unified view across teams of Customer, Product, Opportunities, Quote, Units, and Revenue leveraging Sales Planning’s seasoned architecture and tools. This application marries information from multiple systems into a streamlined tool for rapid forecasting capabilities, creating collaborative forecasts between Sales, Product, and Finance teams.

Success Delivered

The team successfully standardized reporting across multiple parts of the organization. Dashboards now display real time pipeline and sales forecasts. Demand planning is now generated based on built-up revenue forecasting, and InvenSense has a unified view across the organizations.
