Elire Strategy Summit

That’s a wrap on the first Elire Strategy Summit! Over the course of this two-day digital event, Elire presented ten educational sessions centered around the co-existence of people, process, and technology to get the most value out of your IT Investments and empower your team members.

Attendees heard from Elire’s in-house industry experts, as well as other industry thought leaders to provide innovative solutions to common business problems.

The Keynote address was recorded from Business Process Expert Susan Page. Her experience includes serving as a senior manager of HRIS for a Major Multi-Media Entertainment Corporation where she supported several human resource systems. In this keynote address Ms. Page focused on her published process improvement approach, based on years of supporting back-office processes and their associated software systems. She addresses her process improvement approach in this session and is explained using non-technical terms so that all levels of your organization can leverage it and excel. (Find her book here).

Following our Keynote address, Elire’s Richard Merrill talked about strategies for overcoming problems leaders are faced with today, and then partnered with Jai Chitkara of KTech Products to present the session “Improving AP Business Processes to Make Them More Efficient.” KTech Products and Elire’s partnership provides innovative solutions for Client needs, while also leveraging KTech’s diverse array of technology solutions for process automation and digital transformation. (Read more about our partnership with KTech Products here).

Day one of ESS wrapped with Stephen Kwiatkowski’s technology session “Automating Processes with RPA & Chatbots.” This session provided a breakdown of these emerging technologies, including positive and negative use cases for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Chatbots, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

Day two kicked-off with the people-focused session “Maximizing the Value of a Project Management Office,” presented by Robert Harrell. This PMI PDU eligible session gave Project Managers and Technology leaders insights to make a PMO group a strategic partner to the business, as well as a function to streamline tools and templates used on internal and external projects.

To top off the morning, Edmund Glasenapp and Jason McCabe presented “How to Select the Right Technology for Your Business: Building an Application Roadmap.” These Experts addressed the uncertainty of the last year and how it has driven technology and strategy to evolve faster than ever before.
