Oracle Premier Support for PeopleSoft has been extended through 2031! This comes after Oracle’s previous announcement of their commitment to the continued support of PeopleSoft through 2030, exemplifying Oracle’s commitment to customers by providing a 10-year rolling window of support capabilities.
In addition to this exciting extension, Oracle has also announced continued support for all PeopleSoft Classic/Classic Plus features as customers navigate upgrading to entirely Fluid capabilities. Prior to the emergence of COVID-19, Oracle was set to discontinue support for certain PeopleSoft capabilities in December 2020. In considering the diverse set of challenges and difficulties PeopleSoft customers are now faced with due to the COVID-19 pandemic and these unprecedented times, Oracle is extending support for all Classic/Classic Plus features through the end of December 2021. The move grants additional time to users to adopt Fluid capabilities while still having support of the Classic/Classic Plus functionality. There are 15 functional areas affected, including HCM, ERP, Payroll Self Service, Benefits Enrollment, and eProcurement, amongst others.
