Time and Labor Fluid WorkCenter
The Time and Labor Fluid WorkCenter leverages the existing fluid work center framework to time and labor-related processes. It also provides an organized view of an existing classic work center with items like “My Work” showing items that require attention.
External Applicant View of Consents and Agreements
External applicants can now see the acknowledgments they agree to during registration or while applying for jobs. View consents on the careers page.
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form
The updated Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form includes the employee ID and a more inclusive list of disabilities. Applicants are asked to voluntarily enter information at the pre-offer and post-offer steps while applying for a job.
Chatbot Updates–Twilio Channel and WebSDK Update The employee directory assistant chatbot is now available to interact with via text messages. There is secure integration with Twilio using the chatbot integration framework. ODA 20.3 WebSKD is now supported as well.
Modernization of Birth and Adoption Pages
Image 35 delivers new fluid pages for life events activity guide. When an employee enters or submits a birth or adoption date, the benefits administrator receives an alert and an action notification if an approval is required.
Benefit Preview Statement Enhancement
Image 35 delivers a new benefits statement type for submitted enrollment. The benefits enrollment status includes a timestamp.
Reported Time Totals for Units and Amounts
PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor delivers updates to time pages display, now reporting time total with different time units.
Fluid ChartFields
Fluid ChartFields search supports fluid pages with advanced search capabilities. Select the advance search link to open the ChatField detail page.
Job Opening Additional View Enhancement
Recruiting administrators can now set the jobs search result display to grid view, list view, or both. You can choose which view will be the default for users if both grid and list view are selected.
