Mr. Costello is a CPA with over 25 years of experience implementing and advising on Hyperion/Oracle EPM. He started with Hyperion in 1999 and implemented first versions of Planning and Oracle Cloud EPM. Scott has helped hundreds of clients with their reporting, closing and budgeting needs.
Mr. Canizales has over 20 years of experience helping companies define and transform their financial close process, improving their planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles and extending and enabling their internal and external reporting. Alex has extensive business process leadership experience and has been both a project manager and a design architect on Hyperion and Oracle Cloud EPM projects.

Mr. Stahl serves as Elire’s Cloud HCM Practice Lead. He has over 25 years of Oracle HCM consulting experience (Peoplesoft and Oracle Cloud) supporting operations, IT, project management, contingency planning, and HR processes. He is a strategic thinker, empowering clients with innovative ideas to initiate change and deliver results for their IT Transformation initiatives.
Mr. McCabe is the Oracle Cloud ERP Practice lead for Elire and is responsible for managing all clients using Oracle Cloud ERP Applications. Jason and his team deliver ERP solutions for clients looking to strategically align business strategy and organizational objectives through cloud-based application implementations.
Mr. Gutierrez has 15 years experience in designing, developing, and supporting Hyperion/Oracle EPM solutions. His experience extends not only into the development of the EPM software but also the transformation of the many business processes that drive the technology. Jayjay’s recent focus has been on leading successful Oracle Cloud EPM engagements.
Mr. Surma serves as Elire’s Director of Human Resources, overseeing Elire’s human resource initiatives. As a business-focused leader, Mr. Surma values partnering with other executives to plan and deliver high-quality solutions and services to employees at all levels.
Ms. Lundquist serves as Elire’s Director of Finance and Operations, increasing enterprise value through strategic financial management, cost reductions, internal controls, and efficiency enhancements. As a dedicated financial executive with progressive experience in the field, she is a trusted financial advisor who builds strong working relationships with Elire clients and contributors.
Mr. Glasenapp serves as Elire’s Director of PMO with over 9 years of experience in project management, treasury management systems, business process design, data analysis, and system configuration. He has helped standardize and enhance clients’ treasury management by upgrading their treasury operations into cloud-based TMS solutions.
Ms. Fugere-Burmeister serves as Elire’s Director of Marketing, overseeing Elire’s Brand Strategy, RFPs, and Conferences. As a strategic Marketing leader, Ms. Fugere-Burmeister brings 8 years of experience in the Oracle Sector, with her team print and digital content developing to support all phases of the Oracle and Elire customer journey.
Mr. Maske serves as Elire’s Director of Sales – West, including Tribes and Labs Industries. Mr. Maske brings 18 years of Sales strategy and leadership, including 11 years of Oracle Applications sales expertise. As a dynamic Sales Leader, Chris focuses on building relationships with Elire’s Valued Clients and mentoring the next generation of Elire’s sales team.
Mr. Friend serves as Elire’s Director of Sales, overseeing Elire’s Client Relationships Pillar and all Sales and Marketing activities. Mr. Friend brings 10 years of sales experience in Financial, Legal, and Software services and over five years of management experience and relationships from his tenure at Oracle America Inc.
