Cloud HCM Succession Planning & Oracle Redwood
Elire worked with ITC to implement Succession Planning as a part of their Cloud HCM system. This included configuration of their HCM Cloud system to support their succession planning module. Elire was tasked with converting historical data currently held on spreadsheets to their Cloud HCM environment in order for ITC to house their succession plans in Cloud HCM.
The Elire team was responsible for completing a Talent Assessment using a 9-box assessment methodology. While implementing Succession Planning, Elire also rolled out the Oracle Redwood User Experience in ITCs Cloud HCM environment.
Implementing Redwood at the same time proved to be challenging as some pages were still using the Responsive user interface, but Elire was able to overcome this by dedicating time and resources to implement and tailor the Redwood pages to match the requirements from Responsive UI. This allowed ITC to continue to use Succession Planning as they needed for their organization.
Elire successfully migrated ITCs spreadsheet succession planning process to Oracle Cloud HCM. They now have full utilization of Redwood pages which allows for more flexibility in editing and configuring pages. Team Elire successfully loaded 2024 ratings for the client to view prior ratings during their Talent Review annual process. Ahead and post go-live, there was successful knowledge transfer to HRIS, IT and Talent Management teams for how to fully utilize Succession Planning and the Redwood User Experience.
