However, after extensive design sessions, the Consumer Products Company team opted for a simpler solution—creating copies of existing input forms updated with substitution variables for multi-scenario planning. This method aligned with their goal of reducing confusion and ensuring a smoother transition by leveraging familiar forms and processes.
Elire successfully delivered the multi-scenario planning functionality on time and within budget in September of 2024. The enhancements empowered the company’s FP&A team to simultaneously manage quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. This significant improvement streamlined their financial planning process, reduced manual workloads, and improved data accuracy and visibility.
