What is SPOT™?
SPOT™ (Secure PeopleSoft Orchestration Tool) by Elire is an AI-powered overlay for PeopleSoft that enhances the user experience through natural language interaction, workflow automation, guided processes, training, Forecasting, OCR document processing, AI-assisted search, and intelligent task execution. The solution works within your existing PeopleSoft environment without replacing core functionality.
What modules does SPOT™ support?
SPOT™ supports multiple PeopleSoft pillars and modules, including: Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury, HCM, other custom PeopleSoft modules and workflows. Capabilities can also extend across multiple connected pillars.
Can SPOT™ run fully on-premise?
Yes. SPOT™ supports: Fully on-premise deployments, hybrid deployments, cloud-connected deployments. For fully air-gapped environments, customers can deploy their own on-premise LLM infrastructure.
What can SPOT™ do inside PeopleSoft?
Capabilities include: Natural language querying, guided navigation, AI-assisted training, workflow automation, OCR document processing, requisition creation, voucher creation, reconciliation assistance, document search and summarization, ontelligent recommendations, and custom AI agents
How are updates and quarterly releases handled?

How does security work?
SPOT™ respects existing PeopleSoft security roles and permissions. Users can only access data they already have permission to view within PeopleSoft. The AI layer inherits: Row-level security, user permissions, and existing PeopleSoft access controls
Does customer data leave our environment?
No customer data is used to train public AI models. SPOT™ was designed with enterprise security in mind: Data remains within the customer’s environment, customer-specific learning is stored within the customer database, AI providers are not trained on customer data and document uploads are scanned for prompt injection risks and malware.
