The State of Delaware

Kyriba Payments Module Implementation

Scope of the Project

The State of Delaware was already using Kyriba Bank Statements and Cash Management thanks to Elire’s assistance prior to implementing Payments. Elire was tasked with implementing their Kyriba Payments module, conducted training, configuration, setup, and builds. The State of Delaware had just one bank (JP Morgan) and just one account they were making payments out of, with two payment types, ACH & wires, out of JP Morgan.

Elire set up their payment processes seamlessly from the start, utilizing their previously established bank connections. Once connected, Elire tested in the UAT environment. After successfully completing 3 cycles of UAT, Elire migrated to production with the first PVT successfully processing.

Success Delivered

The State of Delaware is now live in Kyriba for JPM wire and ACH payments. They no longer need to log into the bank portal or manually approve payments, which resulted in substantial time and cost savings.
