Key Themes from the Event
Roadmap sessions across PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud focused heavily on AI-driven enhancements, end-user experience improvements, and future-proofing your Oracle investment.
PeopleSoft Technology Update
Oracle led sessions previewed PeopleTools 8.62, which includes the new PeopleSoft Landing Page – a customizable, user-centric hub designed to surface relevant content and actions. Other highlights included customizations tracking tools to aid CIO engagement and embedded Interactive Insights for real-time decision support.
Cloud HCM Strategy
Oracle emphasized the integration of AI agents across Cloud HCM to enhance user experience and reduce manual tasks. These enhancements are designed to align with broader business needs and mitigate technology risks.
EPM Innovation
New AI-driven forecasting tools are on the horizon, including predictive planning capabilities and cash forecasting with advanced variance, bias, and anomaly insights, along with collaborative tagging.

- Next-Gen Supplier Registration with Redwood UX: Chau Mai-Paradee provided a look into Redwood’s next-generation self-service interface for supplier registration, designed to reduce workload and improve data quality
