Managed Services
Stifel Financial Corp. is a full-service multinational independent investment bank and financial services company established in 1890. With a team of over 7,100 employees, Stifel has a global workforce with headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and London, England.
After initially connecting with Elire in 2017 and completing multiple phases of work including a Global Payments Implementation, and the implementation of Oracle Cloud Cash Management, Stifel sought Elire’s Managed Services support to maintain and optimize their Oracle Cloud Financials environment. Elire’s extensive treasury background, ERP experience, and previous implementation work with Stifel made Elire the natural choice for Managed Service support. Elire is responsible for ongoing bank integration and payment processing work, as well as AP supplier maintenance, Canadian tax maintenance, and end-user training as needed.
Elire continues to provide ongoing support and maintenance to Stifel, reducing their need for in-house support and providing them with cost savings. Stifel has continued to extend our Managed Services support, extending into 2021. As Elire’s first Cloud Financials project, the Elie team been able to facilitate their electronic payments rollout and expand it globally during our partnership.
