Inside Sales Representative

Elire is currently in search of a full-time Inside Sales Representative. The position is an entry level sales role that is focused on inside sales activities and support of our Business Development Managers. The main responsibility of the ISR is to assist the sales & marketing team, prospects, and clients in a highly organized, fast-paced, and efficient manner. This role facilitates company goals in the areas of campaigns, prospecting, lead generation, partnerships, quality support/assurance, data accuracy, and revenue growth. This role also builds prospect, partner, and customer relationships to increase and sustain Elire’s overall competitive advantage.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Execute business to business proactive outreach, primarily by telephone and email, to key contacts to generate awareness and interest in our services
  • Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our key differentiators and value to prospective customers
  • Generate, qualify, & mature leads to our Business Development Managers
  • Probe for business pain, uncover project/consulting needs, pre-qualify prospect, and obtain decision authority
  • Develop and help manage lead generation campaigns through direct and indirect marketing efforts (Partners, emails blasts, call blitzes, social media, conferences, etc.)
  • Schedule Qualified Meetings/Introductory Calls for our Business Development Managers
  • Assist our Business Development Managers throughout the sales cycle with follow up, strategy, support, and client services activities
  • Maintain and add information to Elire’s CRM (Salesforce) database of leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and clients

Additional Responsibilities

  • Organization within Salesforce - company org charts, new contacts/leads, data entry, validation, and cleansing, etc. and assign tasks to BDM based on the territory
  • Outbound calling and campaigns leveraging Pardot to schedule meetings for BDM
  • Direct conference and webinar lead follow-ups
  • Pushing attendance and awareness of webinars, other lead gen campaigns, and events
  • Assist with first reach out/introduction e-mails and calls
  • Find & Respond to RFPs in support of the BDM
  • Help with Partner outreach & relationship management
  • Net new prospect research – targeted leads/prospect lists for each territory
