Business Development Associate

Elire has an opening for a Business Development Associate. The BDA position is an entry level sales role that is a combination of inside sales and sales support. The main responsibility of the BDA is to assist clients and co-workers in a highly efficient manner. This role facilitates company goals in the areas of prospecting, lead generation, quality, accuracy, and revenue growth. This role also builds customer relationships to increase and sustain Elire’s overall competitive advantage

Job Description & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Calling prospects from conferences, webinars, and other lead generation events
  • Net new prospect research
  • Manage and assist with outbound campaigns to help drive pipeline growth and net new business
  • Administer internal and external sales campaigns and coordinate all lead generation events and partner group activities
  • Market conferences and Elire events (webinars, dinners, demos, etc.) to clients, partners, and prospects
  • Utilize third-party mailing tool (Freshmailer) to create and send email blasts
  • Assist the sales, marketing, and partnership teams in designing, developing, and creating Elire marketing materials, website content, success stories, and other lead generation materials
  • Work with Business Development Managers to build sales documentation including proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, presentations, and Statements of Work
  • Organization within com- company org charts, managing new contacts/leads in database; data entry and assign tasks to sales teams as appropriate
  • Organize logistics and planning activities for all Elire trade shows, conferences, and user group meetings. Logistics may include: shipping & receiving, hotel and travel arrangements, coordination of staff, dinners, and event logistics
  • Tools used: Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite (Word & PPT) Freshmailer, Canva, GoToMeeting/Webinar, Basecamp, and Dropbox

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following qualifications

  • Job or internship within Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Experience with Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Legally able to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
