There will be a group leaving from the Elire Office at 11AM if that works better for you. We will all carpool back to the office afterwords. If you are planning on attending, please register below.
Dress Code: Business Casual ( If you are getting your head shot taken, you can decide how formal you would like it. )
We will have tour guides ready to show you around starting at 3PM. If you have work related items, you can work in the office as well. You can come whenever you would like; feel free to check into your hotel and wash up, change clothes before heading over. The hotel is across the street from the office so it is a quick journey in! You can take the Skyway, or if you are walking outside, the best entrance is the one by the Ruth Chris Steak House. You will have to take the elevators up to the 7th floor either way.
We will be taking head shots for those who want it! If you cannot be here for this time, we can make it up on Thursday or Friday. Email [email protected] for questions or to schedule a make-up session.

YOGA & STRETCHING
Led by Summer Ericson
Location: Symphony IV
We will begin this yoga flow class by releasing lingering thoughts in order to stay present during the practice. We’ll then establish a connection to our breath that will be used to guide movement throughout the class. Using this mind to body connection as guidance, we will flow through stretches that release tension and stress in the body. We’ll end the class with a short savasana meditation that will restore the mind and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
MEDITATION SOUND JOURNEY
Led by Ashlynn Leigh
Location: Orchestra D
We will begin the session by exploring subtleties active within the body through breathwork, and a gently guided meditative practice called the full body scan. Following this guidance we will enter a sensory exploration to anchor into presence, and begin a uniquely curated sound journey supported by crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, rain drum, gong, and North American indigenous instruments including flute and rattles. Similar to Yoga Nidra, a sound journey encourages each participant to relax and let go, coming deeper into the sensations of the body and a release of the mind. Its okay to fall asleep! Sleeping allows easier access to the subconscious mind and cellular relaxation and healing. You may also experience light visions similar to a dream like state – no two experiences are the same and are always unique to the individual.
TEA TASTING FROM AROUND THE WORLD
Led by Mike Thompson
Location: Orchestra C
We will sit for the duration of the session, 60-90 minutes, in circle. There will be a brief overview on my personal journey with tea, and a short bit about Gong Fu Cha and the tea we are drinking before we begin the session. Together, we will invite in silence and an exploration of the subtly altered present moment, without the clutter of word. The space will be set up and curated upon arrival of participants. Chairs can be provided for those unable to sit on the floor for that duration of time. We will cycle through a high mountain oolong from Taiwan and a Shou Puerh from Southern China in series to explore the subtleties within the energetics of the tea and the sensations it provides in the body and mind. There is a small amount of caffeine present for those who are sensitive.. there is also an opportunity to sit with “no tea” and experience the container of what is being offered while simply drinking hot water
